Private Yorkshire tours — your questions, answered
Yes — every tour is private to your group alone. You book the whole Mercedes-Benz V-Class, never a shared seat, so it's only ever you, your party and your driver-guide for the day.
Booking direct is the best value and the most flexible — no third-party commission, you deal directly with the team running your tour, and we can tailor the day around you. Private day tours start from £985 per group, including VAT.
Up to seven guests travel together in the V-Class, and the price is per group rather than per person — so it costs the same whether there are two of you or seven.
Door-to-door from your York hotel or the railway station, at a time that suits you — usually around 9am. Pickups from further afield, including transfers that begin in London or Edinburgh, can be arranged; just tell us where you're staying when you enquire.
Absolutely. Any tour can be shaped around what you most want to see, and we also plan fully bespoke days. Tell us your interests and preferred pace, and we'll build the route and timings around your group.

Yes. The V-Class has easy, low-step access and comfortable elevated seating, and because your day is private we set the pace and walking to suit your group. Let us know of any access needs when you enquire and we'll plan around them.
